Pyt(pronounced ˈpyd) is a danish word, which means "never mind" or "oh well," you use instead of getting all upset!

I am a facilitator, space holder, life coach, and parts-worker. At the heart of everything I do lies a deep trust in embodiment, consent, slowness, intuition, communication, and integrity.
