Are you done with online dating as a user and as a concept?

So am I. That’s why I started Softer Dating.

I’ve now run five events in Copenhagen, people keep coming back and the feedback is very positive. I see a lot of potential in this idea and want to take it further.

But I don’t want to do it on my own!

So I am looking for a business partner!

What is Softer Dating?

Softer Dating is the attempt of offering an alternative to the current state of dating. Online dating does not satisfy most people who use it and speed dating somehow fails to fill the need for an alternative.
What I long for are offline events built around presence, embodiment, and slowness that allow for more genuine connection.

So it is about more than just dating, it is about connecting with other humans, about getting more comfortable in one’s own skin, learning how connecting, flirting and dating can actually be fun and enjoyable!

What I’m looking for:

I am looking for a business partner, someone who believes Copenhagen needs this and who sees the potential of a concept like this and is willing to invest themselves in tapping into that potential.

The work right now is to figure out how to take this concept from a niche thing towards a mainstream alternative to online dating.

What I bring:

I am an experienced facilitator and good at creating concepts that work! Hosting the actual event is where I mostly shine. I can do basic marketing, have created my own website and can organize what is needed to run an event.

What I am lacking:

I am not very experienced at building a business, finances, strategy, marketing etc. are aspects which I am lacking.

What I’m offering

Co-ownership of something at an early and exciting stage. The chance to shape what Softer Dating becomes the events, the brand, the community, the direction.

This is not a paid position, the profit made from the events held is what we will share. It’s a founding opportunity, we build it together and we share what it becomes.

Who I am

I’m Philipp. Facilitator, life coach, conscious kink educator. I’ve been running Softer Dating events in Copenhagen for about a year and other kink workshops for the past 3 years. I love creating spaces for people to explore themselves and have high standards for what I create.
