We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your individual needs wherever possible. However, to ensure the smooth organisation of our workshop, the following cancellation terms apply:
 

1. Cancellation between 21 and 14 days before the event:
   For cancellations within this period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the participation fee applies.

2. Cancellation less than 14 days before the event:
   If you cancel less than 14 days before the workshop begins, the cancellation fee is 40% of the participation fee.

3. Cancellation less than 7 days before the event:
   For cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop, or in the event of a no-show on the day, 70% of the participation fee is due.
    

Refunds:

Refunds are processed after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee, within 14 days of the cancellation request.

Illness policy:

• In the case of an acute illness confirmed by a medical certificate, cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

• If you let us know early enough, there may be a chance for someone from the waiting list to take your place. In that case, the participation fee can potentially be refunded.
   

Replacement participants:
If you're unable to attend, we can try to transfer your place to someone on the waiting list. Please let us know as early as possible! And of course, if you know someone who'd like to take your spot, that works too.
